"Command and teach these things, let no one have contempt for your youth, but set an
example for those who believe, in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity." 1 Tim 4:11-12
- Confirmation preparation is open to all high school students who have not
yet been confirmed.
- The program is a two-year period of preparation with the reception of the
Sacrament during the second year.
- Confirmation I begins in 9th grade
- Confirmation II Begins in 10th grade with the reception of the sacrament of Confirmation in
the spring of their 10th grade year
- Emphasis is placed on growing in the knowledge of our Catholic Faith and
living our faith as a witness to Christ.
- Classes meet on either Sunday from 11 am -12:00 pm,
or Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:30 pm.
- Parental involvement, retreat attendance, weekly Mass attendance and
active involvement within the parish are all required components.
- The program begins in September 9th and concludes on May 25th.
- Registration can be done on-line or is available in the church office during
business hours or in the stairwell of the main vestibule throughout the
summer.
